Live Guest Portraits
Live guest portraits are painted on 5x7" watercolor paper using watercolors, pencil, and ink. Each piece takes about 5–10 minutes. Guests sign up, have their photo taken, and return to the celebration while their portrait is completed. Finished artwork is packaged in protective sleeves and ready for pickup during or after the event.

The Process
1. Booking
After reviewing my portfolio and pricing, submit your event details via the inquiry form here.
A 25% non-refundable Retainer Deposit (+ any travel fees) is required to lock in your booking.
2. Month Of
I will reach out to confirm final details and the remaining 75% Installment will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
3. Day Of
I will arrive and set up prior to your guests’ arrival. As guests come up to the table, I will take reference photos so that they may enjoy the event!
Portraits are created using watercolor, pencil and ink on cardstock. Each sketch takes 5-10 minutes depending on complexity. I can create around 50 portraits during a 5 hour event. Finished drawings are wrapped in a protected sleeve and easily displayed for the guests to pick up during/after the event.
4. After
If additional guest portraits are requested, I can finish the additional paintings in my studio for a fee. Artwork will be sent out two weeks following your event in a stay flat protected envelope. This is a great addition to your thank you cards!
Pricing
Live Guest Portraits is a flat rate of $2,500 for up to 5 hours of Live Guest Portraits. For a limited time I am offering 50% off to build my portfolio. Total price is $1250. This price will be honored if booked by September 1, 2026.

Travel to venue from my home up to 50 miles one way. Venues over 50 miles will be an additional 75 cents per mile.

Detailed communication session prior to event.

5 hours of live on-site drawing on 5x7 inch cardstock (this does not include set up or take down).
Add On Packages:
1. Borders
Designed borders are an additional $50. You may choose from existing borders found from my portfolio or I can create a custom border for your event for $100. Borders will need client approval 60 days before your event to insure quality.
2. Take Home
I can finish additional guest portraits in my studio. These will be charged $5 per person. For example, my rate for a couple is $10. Finished paintings will be mailed in a stay flat envelope. These make a great addition to thank you cards!
