PORTFOLIO
PROCESS
1. Booking
I’d love to hear about your event! Explore my portfolio and pricing, then fill out the inquiry form to get started.
A 25% non-refundable Retainer Deposit (+ any travel fees) is required to secure your booking.
2. Month Of

I will reach out to confirm final details and the remaining 75% installment will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
I will arrive and set up prior to your guests’ arrival. As guests come up to the table, I will take reference photos so that they may enjoy the event!
Portraits are created using watercolor, pencil and ink on watercolor paper. Each portrait takes 5-10 minutes depending on complexity. Finished drawings are wrapped in a protected sleeve and easily displayed for the guests to pick up during/after the event.
4. After
Additional guest portraits are completed in my studio. Artwork will be sent out two weeks following your event in a stay flat protected envelope. This is a great addition to your thank you cards!
PRICING & PACKAGES
All packages include 5 hours of live, on-site guest portrait painting. During that time, I can paint up to 50 guests.
The total is based on the number of people painted, not the number of illustrations. For example, a portrait of two people counts as two guests, leaving 48 guest spots remaining.

CUSTOM PORTRAIT
Missed me at an event or looking to order a custom portrait? I'd be happy to create one for you!
Portraits can include up to four subjects, including people and pets. For example, a portrait of two adults and two children would include four subjects.
After submitting your inquiry, I'll email you an invoice with instructions for secure online payment. Once payment has been received, your custom portrait will be completed within 2 weeks. Finished portraits are carefully packaged and mailed in a stay flat envelope to addresses within the United States.
